Borg Bourheim er en tidligere vandborg i Bourheim, en bydel i Jülich, i den nordrhein-westfalske kommune Düren. Den er beskyttet som bygning og kulturarv. Anlægget er i privat eje, beboet og ikke åbent for besøg.
I en ejendommelseskatalog fra Aemilius von Owe fra 1234 blev en gård kaldt "Burnheim" nævnt. Denne fronthof var et udbeskyttet, landbrugsanvendt anlæg, der først senere blev beskyttet med stærke mure mod angribere. Den var åbenbart et kurkölnerlen, for Heinrich von Bourheim kæmpede i slaget ved Worringen i 1288 på Kölns ærkebiskop Siegfried von Westerburgs side.
