El castillo de Bourheim es un antiguo castillo de agua en Bourheim, un barrio de Jülich, en el distrito de Düren, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Está protegido como monumento arquitectónico y arqueológico. La finca es de propiedad privada, está habitada y no se puede visitar.
Ya en un inventario de propiedades de Aemilius von Owe de 1234 se mencionaba una granja en "Burnheim". Esta granja era una instalación no fortificada, utilizada para la agricultura, que más tarde fue protegida con fuertes muros contra los atacantes. Evidentemente, era un feudo del arzobispado de Colonia, ya que Heinrich von Bourheim luchó en la batalla de Worringen en 1288 del lado del arzobispo de Colonia Siegfried von Westerburg.
