Slottet Linzenich, i dag også kendt som Godset Linzenich, ligger i Bourheim, en bydel i Jülich i den nordrhein-westfalske kreds Düren. Dets rødder ligger i en befæstet godsgård, der allerede i det 15. århundrede havde landdagskapacitet. Ejerne fra familien von Harff omdannede gården til en lille vandborg, som gennem ægteskaber med arvingedøtre og salg havde mange forskellige ejere, før den – under ombygning til et slot – blev auktioneret af familien von Mylius i 1836. Denne familie er stadig ejer i dag.
