El castillo de Linzenich, hoy también conocido como Gut Linzenich, se encuentra en Bourheim, un barrio de Jülich en el distrito de Düren, en Renania del Norte-Westfalia. Sus raíces se encuentran en una finca fortificada que ya en el siglo XV poseía capacidad para un parlamento regional. Los propietarios de la familia von Harff transformaron la finca en un pequeño castillo de agua, que, a través de matrimonios de herederas y ventas, tuvo muchos propietarios diferentes, antes de que fuera adquirido en 1836 por la familia von Mylius, que aún es la propietaria hoy en día.
