Hubløften Karnin er den midterste del af Karnin-broen, en engang omkring 350 m lang jernbanebro mellem det pommerske fastland ved Kamp og øen Usedom ved Karnin. Brobygningen blev færdiggjort i 1933; det var en del af jernbanestrækningen over Swinemünde Ducherow–Heringsdorf–Wolgaster Færge, som i dag kun eksisterer og drives mellem Swinemünde og Wolgast.
