Stationen Berlin-Nikolassee er en station for Berlins S-Bahn. Den ligger i den berlinske bydel Nikolassee i Steglitz-Zehlendorf. Stationen består af to driftsmæssigt uafhængige stoppesteder. I driftsstedfortegnelsen betegnes perronen ved Wannseebahn som NIW, perronen ved den forlængede bybane som NIS. Her stopper S-Bahn-linjerne S1 og S7.
Initiativet til opførelsen af stationen blev taget af grundselskabet Heimstätten AG, som ønskede at udvikle villakolonien Nikolassee. Stationen var af stor betydning for grundlæggelsen af villaområdet. Derfor blev den fremragende stationsbygning i stil med borgergotikken, som Fritz Bräuning og Paul Vogler designede, også opført.
