Citadellen Spandau er en af de betydningsfulde og bedst bevarede fæstninger fra højrenæssancen i Europa. Den ligger nordøst for den gamle bydel Spandau på den modsatte Havel-strand i Berlins bydel Haselhorst og er en kendt seværdighed i Berlins distrikt Spandau. Kernen i anlægget er et middelalderslot, hvoraf både borgtårn og palads stadig står. Omkring det blev der i årene 1559–1594 bygget en befæstning efter den daværende tekniske standard.
I Spandau findes der også andre bygninger, der tilhører fæstningen Spandau, såsom det først i 1886 opførte Fort Hahneberg i bydelen Staaken, burgwallschanzen og rester af Teltower Brückschanze ved Schanzenwald/Elsgraben.
