Slotet Uebigau er det yngste slot i Elbe-Elster-distriktet og ligger i den historiske bykerne i Uebigau. Det blev bygget i neobarok stil og har elementer fra jugendstil. Bag bygningen ligger en cirka to hektar stor slotspark fra det 19. århundrede.
I 1864 erhvervede den berlinske byggeentreprenør Johannes August Schmidt herregården delvist fra den tidligere ejer Heinrich Pinkerneil, fik revet et gammelt bolighus ned og i 1864/65 opført et herresæde som "sorte bygning".
