Friedersdorf var indtil 2003 en selvstændig kommune i Brandenburg, sydøst for Berlin i Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald. Siden da har det været en bydel i kommunen Heidesee.
Friedersdorf ligger cirka 25 km sydøst for bygrænsen til Berlin, omkring 15 km øst for Königs Wusterhausen og 60 km vest for Frankfurt. Friedersdorf ligger direkte vest for grænsen mellem Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald og Oder-Spree. I nærheden ligger nogle naturområder som Skabyer Torfgraben, Storkower Kanal og Swatzke- og Skabyberge. Øst og syd for Friedersdorf strækker naturparken Dahme-Heideseen sig.
