Hermannshöhle er ved siden af Baumannshöhle en udstillingshule i Rübeland nær Wernigerode. I Hermannshöhle lever Tysklands eneste grotteolmer.
Hulen opstod i Devon-kalkstenen fra Elbingeröder-komplekset i forbindelse med dannelsen af Bodetal. Den blev opdaget den 28. juni 1866 af den fra Neuwerk stammende vejtilsynsførende Wilhelm Angerstein, da han ryddede affalds- og stenmasser på bjergsiden af Hasselfelder Straße.
