La Hermannshöhle est, avec la Baumannshöhle, une grotte touristique à Rübeland près de Wernigerode. Dans la Hermannshöhle vivent les seules olmies d'Allemagne.
La grotte s'est formée dans le calcaire du complexe d'Elbingeröder en lien avec la formation de la vallée de Bodetal. Elle a été découverte le 28 juin 1866 par le gardien de chemin Wilhelm Angerstein, originaire de Neuwerk, lors du déblaiement de débris et de cailloux sur le flanc de la route Hasselfelder.
