Slottet Meisdorf er et slot i Meisdorf, en bydel i Falkenstein i Landkreis Harz i Sachsen-Anhalt. Bygningen blev opført i 1708 i en tolv hektar stor slotspark. Det drives som hotel af Van der Valk-gruppen.
Slottet Meisdorf ligger på nordkanten af Unterharz i naturparken Harz. Det er beliggende på den sydvestlige kant af Meisdorf tæt på landevej 75, der drejer af fra L 230 500 m syd for slottet og fører nordvest mod Ballenstedt bydel Opperode. Sydøst for den til slottet hørende park strækker Selke sig, som kommer fra naturbeskyttelsesområdet Selketal.
