Het kasteel Meisdorf is een kasteel in Meisdorf, een deelgemeente van Falkenstein in de Landkreis Harz in Saksen-Anhalt. Het gebouw werd in 1708 gebouwd in een kasteelpark van twaalf hectare. Het wordt door de Van der Valk-groep als hotel geëxploiteerd.
Het kasteel Meisdorf ligt aan de noordrand van de Unterharz in het natuurpark Harz. Het bevindt zich aan de zuidwestelijke rand van Meisdorf, dicht bij de rijksweg 75, die 500 m ten zuiden van het kasteel afslaat van de L 230 en noordwestwaarts naar de deelgemeente Opperode van Ballenstedt leidt. Zuidoostelijk langs het bij het kasteel horende park stroomt de Selke, die uit het natuurgebied Selketal komt.
