Synagogen Gey lå i bydelen Gey i kommunen Hürtgenwald i Düren-kredsen, Nordrhein-Westfalen.
En jødisk menighed blev allerede nævnt i Gey den 1. januar 1866. Senere blev der bygget en lille tilbygning til huset på Josef Meyer, Broichstraße 5. Den lå tæt på vejen og havde kun to små vinduer. De var så højt i murværket, at man ikke kunne se ind i bygningen. Indtil omkring 1914 blev der afholdt religiøse fejringer der. Josef Meyer var dengang forebeder.
