De Synagoge Gey stond in de wijk Gey in de gemeente Hürtgenwald in de kring Düren, Noordrijn-Westfalen.
Een Joodse gemeente werd in Gey al op 1 januari 1866 genoemd. Later werd er een klein voorgebouw gebouwd aan het huis van Josef Meyer, Broichstraße 5. Het stond dicht bij de straat en had slechts twee kleine vensters. Ze waren zo hoog in het metselwerk dat men niet in het gebouw kon kijken. Tot ongeveer 1914 werden daar religieuze feestdagen gevierd. Josef Meyer was toen voorganger.
