Bismarcktårnet i Tecklenburg er et 18 m højt udsigtstårn, der blev bygget i 1908–1909 i vestdelen af byen på en højderyg i Teutoburger Wald. Det er opkaldt efter Otto von Bismarck.
Forløberen for Bismarcktårnet var en vindmølle, der blev opført i 1851 på Vindmøllebakken, men brændte ned efter lynnedslag i 1906. Den resterende koniske tårnrest af vindmøllen blev erhvervet i 1908 af Bismarckforeningen i Tecklenburg området og brugt til opførelsen af det nuværende tårn.
