Gut Isselhorst, en historisk herregård fra 1691, ligger midt i et omfattende natur- og kulturlandskab i Weseler bydel Obrighoven nær Issel, der udspringer få kilometer væk. Den er omgivet af en dobbelt gravanlæg.
I et åbent, der er inspireret af den engelske landskabspark, ligger det historiske hovedhus fra 1691 med sit fireetages slanke tårn, der afslører byggeåret gennem sine murankre. I 1897 blev hovedhuset udvidet med en tilbygning i historistiske former. Den buede fri trappe på den nordvestlige bagside henviser stadig til den gamle adgang via en tredobbelt broanlæg.
