Otto-Friedrich-Universitet Bamberg er et statsligt universitet i Oberfranken. Grundlagt i det 17. århundrede, betragtes det som et af de tidligmoderne universiteter i Europa. Dets institutioner ligger på tre steder i Bamberg byområde. I vintersemesteret 2019/20 var omkring 12.600 studerende indskrevet ved universitetet i Bamberg. Studerende udgør dermed godt 15 procent af byens befolkning.
Universitetet har haft sit nuværende navn siden den 1. oktober 1988. Det minder om den betegnelse, der blev brugt i det 18. århundrede, Universitas Ottoniana Fridericiana. Derved æres dens grundlægger Melchior Otto Voit fra Salzburg og dens støttespiller Friedrich Karl von Schönborn.
