Apeler Sø er en kunstig sø i kommunen Schiffdorf, Landkreis Cuxhaven, Niedersachsen. Den ligger cirka 1 km sydøst for Bremerhaven ved jernbanelinjen til Bremervörde. Søen blev etableret i begyndelsen af 1970'erne, da sand fra de istidige aflejringer under det tidligere moseområde blev brugt til vejbyggeriet i forbindelse med motorvejsbyggeriet. Før dette lå der græsningsarealer til gårdene i landsbyen Apeler.
