Borgen Münstereifel er ruinen af et landsslott og ligger højt over kurbyen Bad Münstereifel i Kreis Euskirchen på en stejl skråning, der falder ned mod Erft.
Bjerghen blev i vid udstrækning anlagt i det 13. århundrede under Walram von Bergheim og færdiggjort i det 14. århundrede af Gottfried von Bergheim. Gottfried modtog godserne Bergheim og Münstereifel. Han er begravet i en højgrav i stiftskirken. De ansatte senere embedsmænd som forvaltere. Fra årene 1559/60 findes der regnskaber for bygningen af vinduer. Disse byggearbejder blev støttet af den hertugelige bygmester Alessandro Pasqualini med sit råd.
