Hosena, niedersorbisk Hóznja, er en bydel i den brandenburgiske købstad Senftenberg i Landkreis Oberspreewald-Lausitz. Hosena ligger i den nordlige del af Oberlausitz nær Senftenberger Sø.
Den første skriftlige omtale af Hosena var i den pragiske urkunde, som er dateret til den 28. marts 1401. Her nævnes stedet Hosena som Gosde blandt mange andre steder i nærheden. Også betegnelserne som gozd eller hozd, sorbisk for tør skov eller skovsted, er almindelige. Navnet udviklede sig fra Hoznja, Hozne eller Hosna til det brugte Hosen i 1687.
