VEB Kombinat Mikroelektronik Erfurt var et kombinat af folkesejede virksomheder i DDR, der blev grundlagt i 1978 efter opløsningen af VVB Bygningskomponenter og Vakuumteknik. Stambedriften for kombinatet var Funkwerk Erfurt, som i 1983 fik navnet VEB Mikroelektronik „Karl Marx“. Grundlæggelsen af kombinatet var et resultat af den beslutning, der blev truffet af SEDs ZK den 23./24. juni 1977 „Til yderligere realisering af beslutningerne fra SEDs IX. partikongres inden for elektroteknik og elektronisk“.
Kombinatet Mikroelektronik Erfurt dannede sammen med Kombinat Elektroniske Bygningskomponenter Teltow, VEB Kombinat Robotron Dresden og Kombinat VEB Carl Zeiss Jena den industrielle basis for DDRs højteknologiprogram inden for elektronik.
