Briesensee, niedersorbisk Brjazyna nad Jazorom, er en bydel i kommunen Neu Zauche i Landkreis Dahme-Spreewald i Brandenburg. Stedet tilhører Amt Lieberose/Oberspreewald og var indtil 26. oktober 2003 en selvstændig kommune. Indtil 1939 hed stedet Briesen eller Briesen ved Lübben.
Briesensee ligger omgivet af fyrreskove i Niederlausitz knap otte kilometer øst for Lübben ved den nordlige kant af Spreewald og tilhører det officielle bosætningsområde for sorberne/wenderne. Området Briesensee grænser mod nord til Biebersdorf, mod nordøst til Klein Leine, mod øst til Caminchen, mod sydøst til Neu Zauche og Wußwerk, mod syd til Alt Zauche med Burglehn, mod sydvest til Radensdorf og mod vest en kort strækning til byen Lübben.
