Birkwitz-Pratzschwitz er en bosætning i byen Pirna i Sachsen, der i 1973 opstod ved sammenslutningen af landsbyerne Birkwitz og Pratzschwitz. Stedet har cirka 1400 indbyggere.
Flintafslag fundet på marken Pratzschwitz tyder på en tidlig bosættelse. Den første skriftlige omtale fandt sted i år 1350 som Birkwicz eller Prautschicz. Fra det 17. århundrede tilhørte begge steder godset Rittergut Schönfeld, mens Birkwitz tidligere hørte under sognet Dohna, og Pratzschwitz under domkapitlet i Meißen eller Rittergut Pratzschwitz. Efter 1856 tilhørte de retskontoret eller amtshauptmannskabet i Pirna. Den 1. maj 1973 blev den nye kommune dannet ved sammenslutningen af de tidligere kommuner Birkwitz og Pratzschwitz. Den 1. januar 1999 blev Birkwitz-Pratzschwitz indlemmet i byen Pirna.
