Slottet Bündorf, også kendt som Rittergut Bündorf, er en fredet bygning i bydelen Bündorf i kommunen Schkopau i Saalekreis i Sachsen-Anhalt. I det lokale fredningsregister er slottet registreret som et fredet byggeri under registreringsnummer 094 20404. Det ligger på Fredens vej.
Det nuværende slot Bündorf blev bygget af Ludwig Adolph Freiherr von Zech i 1764 ved Johann Samuel Löhnitz fra Merseburg. Det blev opført på stedet for en tidlig middelalderlig vandborg nordvest for Hochhalde Schkopau, en kunstig bakke i sumpområdet ved Laucha. Forskning har vist, at der allerede før årtusindskiftet har været en befæstet fæstning her.
