Il castello di Bündorf, conosciuto anche come Rittergut Bündorf, è un edificio monumentale protetto situato nella frazione di Bündorf del comune di Schkopau nel Saalekreis in Sassonia-Anhalt. Nel registro dei monumenti locale, il castello è registrato con il numero di identificazione 094 20404 come monumento architettonico. Si trova in via della Pace.
L'attuale castello di Bündorf fu fatto costruire da Ludwig Adolph Freiherr von Zech nel 1764 da Johann Samuel Löhnitz di Merseburg. Sorse al posto di un castello d'acqua di epoca alta medievale nella zona nord-occidentale del Wolfenbüttel, un colle artificiale nella palude di Laucha. Le ricerche hanno rivelato che qui esisteva già, prima del millennio, una fortificazione difensiva.
