Slusen Lüneburg er den planlagte nybygning af en spare sluse ved siden af det eksisterende skibslifte Lüneburg ved Elbe-sidenkanalen. Den skal have en slusekammer med en nyttelængde på 225 meter og en bredde på 12,5 meter. Ligesom ved liften vil faldhøjden være 38 meter.
Ved byggeriet af Elbe-sidenkanalen måtte højdeforskellen på 61 meter mellem vandstanden i Midtjyllandskanalen og vandstanden i Elben ovenfor Geesthacht overvindes. Til dette blev slusen Uelzen og skibslift Lüneburg bygget som nedadgående bygninger.
