Den evangelisk-lutherske fredede kirke St. Nikolai ligger i Borstel, en bydel i kommunen Jork i Stade-distriktet i Niedersachsen. Menigheden tilhører Stade kirkerne i Stade-sogn i den evangelisk-lutherske landekirke i Hannover.
I 1221 nævnes sognet for første gang. Den første kirke lå på Hahnöfersand. Den af stormfloder ødelagte kirke blev i det 14. århundrede flyttet til fastlandet. I årene 1380 og 1393 ødelagde stormfloder også denne anden kirke. Herefter opførte man en ny bygning på den nuværende placering.
