Tönisheide er en bydel i byen Velbert i byområdet Neviges i Mettmann kommune i Nordrhein-Westfalen i Tyskland. Bydelen havde den 11. februar 2021 5.642 indbyggere.
Byen ligger i det Niederbergiske Landskab på den sydlige afgrening af Velberter Højevejen, som her når sin højeste punkt med 269,2 m. Højdedraget danner en vandafskillelse, der leder bække vest for kammen via Angerbach til Rhinen, og de østlige via Hardenberger Bach til Ruhr. Mod nord grænser Velberter byområde Mitte op til, mod øst Neviges og mod sydvest Wülfrath.
