Naturbeskyttelsesområdet Dinkelaue Gronau-Epe ligger i kommunen Gronau i Borken-distriktet i Nordrhein-Westfalen.
Området, der består af seks delområder, strækker sig syd for Gronau bymidte og vestligt og sydligt for bydelen Epe langs Dinkel. Den nordlige del af området krydses af B 54. Mod vest løber B 70, og statsgrænsen til Nederlandene ligger, ligesom naturbeskyttelsesområdet Eper-Graeser Venn på 366,8 ha og naturbeskyttelsesområdet Amtsvenn – Hündfelder Moor på 893 ha.
