Marienlyst Slot er en palæ bolig beliggende i Helsingør, Danmark. Det blev opkaldt efter Kong Frederik V af Danmarks anden kone, Juliana Maria, dronningen af Danmark og Norge. Bygningen tjente tidligere som en kongelig pavillon ved Kronborg Slot og blev mest brugt som et sted for fornøjelser og jagt. Det blev også brugt af generaldirektøren for Øresund Toldhus, Oberst Adam Gottlob von Krogh og hans kone Magdalene, mellem 1796 og 1847.
