Fra den flade Vestjylland vil du tage gennem Sejrs Højland (Søhøjlandet) i Aarhus-regionen - Danmarks største sø- og skovområde - via den charmerende ø Samsø og vikingehistorie i byerne Lejre og Roskilde til Danmarks hovedstad: København. På grund af det varierende landskab er nogle dele af ruten bedst at cykle på mountainbike.
