Mora de Rubielos er en by og kommune hovedstad i comarca Gúdar-Javalambre i provinsen Teruel, i den autonome region Aragón, Spanien. Den har et areal på 166,20 km² [3] med en befolkning på 1512 indbyggere og en befolkningstæthed på 9,42 indb/km².
Byen hed oprindeligt blot Mora, senere Mora de Aragón, og til sidst blev den administrativt kaldt Mora de Rubielos i 1860 for at adskille den fra sine navnebrorere spredt over resten af landet.[4]
