Mora de Rubielos es una localidad y municipio capital de la comarca Gúdar-Javalambre en la provincia de Teruel, en la comunidad autónoma de Aragón, España. Tiene un área de 166,20 km² [3] con una población de 1512 habitantes y una densidad de 9,42 hab/km².
La villa en sus orígenes se llamó solamente Mora, posteriormente Mora de Aragón, y, finalmente, la administración la denominó Mora de Rubielos en 1860, para distinguirla de sus homónimas diseminadas por el resto del país.[4]
