Pineda de la Sierra er en kommune og landsby i Spanien i provinsen Burgos, i den autonome region Castilla og León, i regionen La Demanda og Pinares, i den retslige afdeling Burgos. Den ligger i hjertet af Sierra de la Demanda, nærmere bestemt på Mencilla-bjerget, hvor den gamle skisportssted Valle del Sol ligger foden af Mencilla-toppen. Beliggende 1205 meter over havets overflade, ligger kommunen 50 km fra hovedstaden i Burgos, som man når via den autonome vej BU-820. Kommunen krydses af floden Arlanzón, der har sin kilde få kilometer fra kommunens grænse.
