Algeciras er en kommune i Spanien, der tilhører provinsen Cádiz, Andalusien. Beliggende i den sydlige ende af den Iberiske Halvø, nær Gibraltarstrædet, er det den største by ved Gibraltarbugten. Havnen i Algeciras er en af de største havne i Europa og verden inden for tre kategorier: container, fragt og omladning. Det urbane område strækker sig over den lille Río de la Miel, som er den sydligste flod i det kontinentale Europa. Pr. 1. januar 2020 havde kommunen en registreret befolkning på 123.078, næststørst i sin provins efter Jerez de la Frontera og større end Cádiz bys befolkning. Det indgår i comarcaen Campo de Gibraltar.
