Otxondo-passet er en lille pireneisk pas, der ligger 602 meter over havets overflade, beliggende nord for Navarra, mellem Dancharinea og Elizondo, og forbinder Baztán-dalen med Frankrig.
Det er udstyret med et område til hvile og picnic.
Der kan stadig ses bunkere i området omkring denne pas, bygget af Franco på grund af frygten for en mulig allieret invasion.[2] Derudover er der rester af en menneskelig besættelse i efterkrigstiden samt en kommunikationsbase fra den amerikanske hær under Anden Verdenskrig.
