Iruña-Veleia er navnet på et arkæologisk fundsted beliggende i kommunen Iruña de Oca[1] omkring 10 km vest for byen Vitoria i Álava, Baskerlandet, svarende til den gamle romerske by Veleia. Det betragtes som den vigtigste by for carieterne eller caristierne. Det arkæologiske kompleks Iruña-Veleia, kendt siden det sidste århundrede som oppidum de Iruña, rummer de mest betydningsfulde romerske rester i provinsen Álava og hele Baskerlandet. Udover sin romerske fortid bevarer det vigtige spor fra den praromerske periode. I middelalderen blev prioratet Nossa Senhora de Iruña, tilhørende Johanniterordenen, afhængigt af Encomienda de Burgos og Buradón, etableret på stedet.
