Palau de la Virreina er en bygning på La Rambla i centrum af Barcelona. I dag er det hovedkvarter for kulturinstituttet i Barcelona og huser forskellige midlertidige udstillinger og kulturelle begivenheder. Paladset blev bygget mellem 1772 og 1778 for Manuel d'Amat i de Junyent, vicekonge af Peru mellem 1761 og 1776. Virreina betyder vicekones hustru på catalansk. Arkitekten var Carles Grau. Paladset blev bygget i en stil mellem barok og rokokko. På facaden af paladset hænger en statue af Vores Frue af Rosenkransen af Luisa Granero.
