Det provinsielle forum i Tarraco var et enormt monumentalt kompleks, bestående af to store søjlegallerier, der husede de vigtigste administrative, religiøse og kulturelle bygninger i byen Tarraco, hovedstad i den romerske provins Hispania Citerior Tarraconensis, i det nuværende Spanien. Det er et af stederne i verdensarvstedet "Arkeologiske kompleks i Tarraco", specifikt identificeret med koden 875-003 for repræsentationspladsen og 875-002 for kultstedet.
