Freser er en flod i provinsen Girona, Spanien, med kort løb, der udspringer i Pyrenæerne, Pic de Bastiments, i 2728 meters højde. Den opsamler vandet fra en del af den mediterranske skråning af bjergkæden i det gerundenske område for at tilføje det til floden Ter, som den er biflod til.
Den passerer gennem Ribas de Freser, efter at den har opsamlet vandet fra forskellige bækkene og forenes med Ter i Ripoll.
