Freser è un fiume nella provincia di Girona, Spagna, di breve percorrenza che nasce nel Pirineo, Pic de Bastiments, a 2728 metri di altitudine. Raccolgie le acque di parte del versante mediterraneo della catena montuosa nella zona gerundense per apportarle al fiume Ter, di cui è affluente.
Passa per Ribas de Freser, dopo aver raccolto l'acqua di vari torrenti e si unisce al Ter a Ripoll.
