Iglesia de San Lorenzo el Real er en barokkirke i Burgos, Spanien. Den ligger på Calle Almirante Bonifaz. San Lorenzo var oprindeligt en jesuitkirke, bygget mellem 1684 og 1694 for at erstatte en tidligere bygning af mere beskedne proportioner. Arbejdet blev finansieret og sponsoreret af Francisca de San Vítores og opført af Bernabé de Hazas og Francisco del Pontón. Efter jesuitternes udvisning i slutningen af det 18. århundrede blev kirken en sognkirke. Siden sin oprettelse i 1945 har kirken været sæde for Broderskabet af Coronación de Espinas y de Cristo Rey.
