La Torre Hercón, populært kendt som Torre Costa Rica, er en skyskraber beliggende i La Coruña, Spanien. Med sine 119 meter i højden er det den højeste bygning i Galicien og den 23. i Spanien. Bygget med en betonstruktur mellem 1973 og 1975, blev det designet af den koruñesiske arkitekt José Antonio Franco Taboada, og det tog den højeste bygning i Galicien fra den koruñesiske Torre Galicia, som er 80 meter høj. Efter sin opførelse var det den tredje højeste bygning i Spanien, efter Torre de Madrid og tårnet ved Universitetet for Arbejde i Gijón.
