Ferrer-bygningen ligger på nummer 29 på Ciril Amorós-gade i Eixample-kvarteret, byen Valencia, inden for skakbræt mønsteret af den første udvidelse, udviklet baseret på Eixample-projektet for byen Valencia i 1884. Designet af bygningen kommer fra arkitekten Vicent Ferrer Pérez, udarbejdet i april 1907 og året efter bygget. Bestillingen på bygningen kom fra hans far til boligen for hans familie, så en af boligerne ville være for forfatteren selv.
