Puerto de Cillero er en havn i sognet Celeiro i den nordlige del af den galiciske by Viveiro. Den er registreret i det spanske søkort under nummer 40 82. I marts 1994 dannede rederne fra Puerto de Cillero et aktieselskab for at håndtere de økonomiske anliggender for fiskerihavnen fælles. Denne sammenslutning havde sit udspring i foreningen "Santiago Apóstol", et fællesskab af fiskere fra 1923. Målet var at professionalisere fiskeriet. Utløsende faktor var lov 8/93 fra fiskeriforeningens side fra 1993.
