De haven van Cillero is een zeehaven van de Parroquia Celeiro in het noorden van de Galicische stad Viveiro. Hij is in de Spaanse Carta náutica geregistreerd onder nummer 40 82. In maart 1994 sloten de reders van de haven van Cillero zich samen in een Sociedad anónima om als bedrijf de zakelijke belangen van de visserijhaven gezamenlijk te regelen. Deze samenwerking had zijn oorsprong in de vereniging "Santiago Apóstol", een gemeenschap van vissers uit het jaar 1923. Het doel was om de visserij te professionaliseren. De aanleiding was de wet 8/93 van de vissersvereniging uit het jaar 1993.
