Slaget ved Alcañiz resulterede den 23. maj 1809 i nederlaget for den franske hær under generalmajor Louis Gabriel Suchet mod en spansk styrke under general Joaquín Blake y Joyes.
Sejren tilskrives det fremragende kommando af den spanske artilleri ved general Martín García-Loygorri, hvilket gjorde det muligt for de franske kolonner at lukke sig og derefter blive kraftigt svækket af velrettede salver. Loygorri blev senere forfremmet til marskal og blev den første artilleriofficer nogensinde, der modtog Laureatkorset af Sankt Ferdinand.
