Cosgaya er en nordspansk landsby med cirka 50 indbyggere, der administrativt tilhører kommunen Camaleño i regionen Liébana i den autonome region Cantabrien. Cosgaya ligger i dalen ved Río Deva i en højde af ca. 680 meter over havets overflade, foden af Picos de Europa, en del af det Kantabriske bjerg. Camaleño, hovedbyen i kommunen, ligger cirka syv kilometer mod nord; byen Potes er cirka 14 kilometer i nordøstlig retning.
