Cosgaya is een Noord-Spaanse dorp met ongeveer 50 inwoners, dat administratief behoort tot de gemeente Camaleño in de Comarca Liébana in de Autonome Gemeenschap Cantabrië. Cosgaya ligt in de vallei van de Río Deva op een hoogte van ongeveer 680 meter boven zeeniveau, aan de voeten van de Picos de Europa, een deel van het Cantabrische Gebergte. Camaleño, de hoofdplaats van de gemeente, ligt ongeveer zeven kilometer ten noorden; de stad Potes ligt ongeveer 14 kilometer in noordoostelijke richting.
